    • Created the Iota Phi - Membership Facebook page to differentiate professional and career related opportunities apart from the Iota Phi - Actives and Pledges and Iota Phi - Fellowship pages.
    • Created academic awards to recognize members achieving a quarter GPA of 3.5 of higher, with a special award for those achieving a quarter GPA of 4.0.
    • Revised the active membership requirement document so that it could be fillable on Microsoft Word, allowing for easier submission online and prevent actives from having to turn requirements in in-person.
    • Revised and restructured the master active membership spreadsheet to include more data points, including terms active to keep proper records for future Membership Vice Presidents on members eligible for Senior Active status, retention, and better categorization.
    • Reformatted the chapter documents to create consistency of look and format.
    • Submitted several amendments to the chapter documents to update old provisions that no longer reflect the current operations of the chapter, including clarification of senior active status, clarification of eligibility to run for elected office, and clarification of the rights of the different types of membership in the chapter.
    • Encouraged chapter-wide participation in the APO LEADS program, providing numerous online opportunities to complete the initial workshop, LAUNCH, an opportunity to complete the DISCOVER program at the A2 Section Conference we hosted, and an opportunity to attend the ACHIEVE course at Chapter Leadership Workshops.
  • Sergeant at Arms
    • Created master election powerpoint slides, still in use today, to better inform the chapter of what each type of vote (abstain, no confidence) means and how it affects the candidates.
    • Created. submitted, and passed a standardized submission form to make revisions to the chapter documents, for better dissemination of the proposed revision as well as providing a standardized format to attach to the chapter documents.
    • Created a resolution form, to make it easier for the chapter to pass bigger pieces of legislation without the need to pass several, long detailed motions.
    • Encouraged the chapter to restart the practice of using the Fellowship circle while singing the toast song during chapter meetings, a practice still used today.
  • Active Membership
    • As Wiki Chair, created a How to Edit the Wiki Cheat Sheet to help those interested in edited the chapter wiki page a guideline and standardization to ensure that consistency across time is maintained.
    • As Membership Appreciation Chair, created a "Member of the Week" paddle, to give recognition to the member of the week, and allow for these pictures to be posted on the @apoiotaphi instagram page. This paddle latter became a token for Membership Vice Presidents.
