Chapter Leadership Workshop
Chapter Leadership Workshop or CLW is leadership development event planned and executed by Membership Vice Presidents with the help of MemberComm. CLW typically features workshops oriented around the cardinal principles: leadership, friendship, and service. CLW Auctions are often held at the end of the event.
In Spring 2010, Membership Vice Presidents Eddie Pham and Ray Yue decided to modify the workshops portion of the event to feature only leadership workshops. This change aimed to give brothers a chance to focus exclusively on developing leadership skills there, since the service and fellowship workshops tended to be more like service projects and fellowships. For example, a service-themed leadership workshop would be geared more towards teaching participants to plan out a service project, for example, as opposed to decorating IV bags for hospitalized children.
For a list of previous workshop line-ups at Chapter Leadership Workshops, see Iota Phi's online calendar.
