**Revised and restructured the master active membership spreadsheet to include more data points, including terms active to keep proper records for future Membership Vice Presidents on members eligible for Senior Active status, retention, and better categorization.
**Reformatted the chapter documents to create consistency of look and format.
**Submitted several amendments to the chapter documents to update old provisions that no longer reflect the current operations of the chapter, including clarification of senior active status, clarification of eligibility to run for elected office, and clarification of the rights of the different types of membership in the chapter.
**Encouraged chapter-wide participation in the APO LEADS program, providing numerous online opportunities to complete the initial workshop, LAUNCH, an opportunity to complete the DISCOVER program at the A2 Section Conference we hosted, and an opportunity to attend the ACHIEVE course at [[CLW|Chapter Leadership Workshops]].
