Program Changes

  • Implemented a class cap of 120 pledges
  • Removed Risk Management Committee from the chapter bylaws. Added Risk Management Advisory Committee. The committees essentially do the same thing, but the latter has a slightly different composition fewer members overall. Actives are elected rather than appointed by the Executive Committee.
  • Agreed to be a big brother chapter (along with CSU Sacramento Kappa Sigma Chapter) of CSU Stanislaus. Active members are eligible to apply for BBLB chair positions for this chapter.
  • Pledge retreat was held at Hidden View.
  • Mom and Pop Dinners were made as a requirement as opposed to a wild card during Zlatkovich Class. Also continued "So, you're an active. Now what?" and "Roberts Rules 101" workshops.
  • Newly implemented Big Bro Little Bro workshops. It's a requirement for pledges to cross, and a requirement for big bros to help their little cross. The program's goal was to help foster and development a stronger BBLB relationships between BBLB pairs. It consisted of three one hour workshops.
