- Increased "Be on Excomm" leadership credit from 3 to 4
- Removed Trainer as a Chair position, receive 1 leadership credit +1 additional
- Changed from 5 to 4 fellowships plus 1 fellowboat
- Coho hours moved from Pledge Support to Fellowship

Random Facts
- Pledge Parents wanted to set a more professional pledging process by renaming themselves to "Pledge Masters" instead of pledge parents. This isn't reflected in the by-laws though for it defines Pledge Parents being the position in Excomm to organize the pledge program.
- Misha Cristobal was awarded the Actives Mug for creating and adding banners to Facebook profile pictures to advertise for RUSH week
- Sheena Aguilar, Ireneo Calip, Stanton Ho and Jared Anderson elected to Advisory Committee
- Mocktail Night hosted on Thursday of RUSH week for the first time
