Program Changes
- Implemented a class cap of 100 pledges
- Reinstated the strikes policy after it was removed Chew Class
- Included a 'Dinner with Mom and Pops' wildcard option. This also counted toward the removal of .25 of a strike
- Created two new workshops that pledges had to attend: "So You're an Active, Now What?" and "Robert's Rules 101" The first workshop had three focus sessions--the first session focused on actives, trainers, and sponsors. The second session focused on chair positions. And the third session focused on executive committee positions. The goal of this workshop was "designed to help pledges figure out what they can possible do now that they are an active. As Actives, you have many different paths to go through - you can become a trainer, a sponsor, a chair, excomm, or even become a stellar active without being any of those things". Robert's Rules workshop was designed to help pledges understand Robert's Rules...
- Fellowship Vice Presidents continued posting fellowboat events. Additionally, pledge parents made it a requirement for pledges to attend one fellowboat
- Specified that pledges must "attend ALL and stay for ENTIRE General Meetings"
- Excomm interviews were changed back to actual interviews (as opposed to the signature sheet implemented Chew Term) where each position recited their duties to the pledges
- Continued to encourage the creation of pledge group service projects
- Visiting hours for actives who did not sign up to stay over-night at pledge retreat were put into effect this term. This was made possible due to pledge retreat being within close proximity to Davis.
