Program Changes

• Implemented a class cap of 100 pledges
• Reinstated the strikes policy after it was removed Chew Class
• Included a 'Dinner with Mom and Pops' wildcard option. This also counted toward the removal of .25 of a strike
• Created two new workshops that pledges had to attend: "So You're an Active, Now What?" and "Robert's Rules 101"
• Fellowship Vice Presidents continued posting fellowboat events. Additionally, pledge parents made it a requirement for pledges to attend one fellowboat
