*The Adopt-A-Family project was canceled because the Volunteer Center of Sacramento, which ran the program, shut down.
* The pledge program changed in the following ways
*Santa for Kids was canceled because the coordinator was unavailable for contact during December.
** Maximum number of pledges per group decreased from 7-8 to 3-4
** Maximum number of trainers per group decreased from 3 to 2.
* Pledge retreat goes back to Raymond, CA.
* Due to the vacancy for the position of Historian, the President delegated the duties into two temporary chair positions: Picture and Wiki. Picture chairs were designated as [[David Dinh]] and [[Chloe A. Hofschneider]] and the Wiki chair was designated as [[Joanne Du]].
