Establishment
Founded on the night of October 14, 2016 during the Heismeyer Term Initiation, members Sabrina Chu, Michelle Paek, Henderson Lu, and Wilson Chu pledged into the chapter after Active member Jenna Huynh convinced them to rush the fraternity. There, they met member Julius Vo who they later started the Pepperwood Crew with.
Etymology
The term "Pepperwood Crew" comes from the fact that most of the members live in Pepperwood Apartments, with one member living in Fountain Circle Apartments (Loser). Josephine Situ and Kevin Tran are honorary members because they get many rides from members of the crew.

Current Events
The members of Pepperwood crew hang out and go to service/meetings together. The current main members are Jenna, Sabrina, Henderson, Wilson, and Julius. These members are highly active in the chapter and are all part of the current S2K17 Executive Committee in various positions. Some of them are in the same positions together. Michelle is currently taking 6 classes and cannot attend events because of that and other life happenings. Honorary members Josephine and Kevin often go to events together with the main crew and are also highly active in the chapter. New Members: Zi Fang Alex Soepardi Keivn Jin Thomas Tang and Franky Kwan.
