Even though Excomm is important to make the chapter run, it is also with the help of a variety of chairs that helps Excomm with smaller projects that they want to achieve in the term/important to chapter function. Each Excomm position can make a chair position in their free will, but there are chairs that are consistent each term and are critical to the function of Iota Phi.
