A historian award given to the active that always has a camera on them and takes many pictures during every event. The recipient usually likes to stay behind the camera. Not to be mistaken with Picture Whore Type B or Picture Whore Type AB. Current name of the award was given during Toy class, by then-historians Jackie Huynh and Christiana Kang.
