A historian award given to the active that always has a camera on them and takes many pictures during every event. The recipient usually likes to stay behind the camera. Not to be mistaken with Picture Whore Type B. Current name of the award was given during Toy class, by then-historians Jackie Huynh and Christiana Kang.
