The chapter's Executive Committee. It consists of the elected officers of Iota Phi, and is the only committee that has restrictions on membership. ExComm is responsible for planning and executing all term programs and long-term projects. It does this mostly through the participation of other brothers in other committees run by the ExComm officers.

- Service Vice Presidents
- Membership Vice Presidents
- Fellowship Vice Presidents
- Pledge Parents
- Treasurers
- Recording Secretaries
- Corresponding Secretaries
- Press Secretaries
- Historians
- Sergeants-At-Arms
The pledge equivalent of Excomm is PlexComm.
