Program Changes

Leadership

• Changed Leadership program to the leadership chart method based on the idea that we want to encourage 3 main ideas:
  • Taking on leadership roles
  • Learning new skills
  • Providing feedback and give back your own knowledge to the chapter
• Removed the credit system, just need units
• Limit of 2 for everything, so you do different modes of leadership

Service

• Service requirement lowered from 22 hours to 18 hours.

Fellowship

Finance

• Can now donate $35 to chapter to get fundraising credit

Pledge Support

• Reduced picking up a little brother credit to 1 credit
