- The term when Iota Phi hosted Sectionals and the National President, Maggie Katz, visited the BEST SECTIONALS EVER! Iota Phi dominated serving 400 plus brothers in the event. the fellowship banquet also enable Jon Kong to marry the National President, Maggie Katz.
- The term when LTSP comm initiated to strive for Chapter of Excellence Award to be achieve by Boston 2008 Nationals.
- Pledge Retreat was at the beautiful Santa Cruz beaches.
- Epic Snatch turned Sneak.
