The chapter's Executive Committee. It consists of the elected officers of Iota Phi, and chairs of the standing committees. ExComm is responsible for planning and executing all term programs and long-term projects. It does this mostly through the participation of other brothers in other committees run by the ExComm officers.
Consists of:
- President
- Service Vice Presidents
- Membership Vice Presidents
- Fellowship Vice Presidents
- Pledge Parents
- Finance Vice Presidents
- Recording Secretaries
- Corresponding Secretaries
- Press Secretaries
- Historians
- Alumni Secretaries
- Sergeants-At-Arms
The pledge equivalent of Excomm is PlexComm.
Duties
- Provide for interpretation of the chapter constitution and bylaws
- Meet at least twice a month during the school year
- Special meetings may be held at the discretion of the chapter president, or upon written request of the majority of members of the executive committees
- Hold open or closed meetings at the discretion of the chapter president
- Executive committee meetings may never be closed to advisors or sectional, regional, or national representatives
- Formulate a program at the beginning of each term, which shall be subject to approval by the active membership at a meeting where a quorum prevails
- This program shall include a tentative outline of chapter events for the term
- Work with the finance committee to formulate a yearly and term budget
