Triplets

Results when three people share a big bro in the same term. The three lil bros of that big bro are considered triplets. Some triplets include Tam Tran, Nancy Chan and Simon Wong.

If that big bro happens to take two lil bros in a term, those lil bros may be referred to as "twins", and 4 littles are of course, "quadruplets," or so on, as it becomes appropriate.
