A group of minorities in Iota Phi who want take over. Attempted to dominate Iota Phi during winter election of 2005 by running as Sergeants-At-Arms.
Founding members of Team White are Will Fraser, Andrew Matey, Clint Stevenson, Jason Greene.
In addition to the founding four, Michael Correia is also an honorary member. Unconfirmed members include Chellee Mathson, Tricia Voznick and Erik Staab
- There is an ongoing debate as to whether Jason Greene remains a member as he is in the middle of an apparent "Asian Conversion".
Joseph Milligan thinks he is in Team White. He is not. He is considered Team Half Breed.
