Establishment
Rider Chen and Rider Yee drove by Richard Fong, Monica Santo Domingo, and Kaylin Hui while riding along the coast. They took them into their gang and formed the Ruff Riders Trainer Group.
Etymology
The name Ruff Riders came from the fact that members Tiffany Chen and Rachel Yee are total badasses who don't actually drive motorcycles or are gangsters but have ok GPA's and are doing fine in life.
