A map of Region V and its sections.

Region V includes part of the midwestern United States, encompassing Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky (all counties including and to the east of Casey, Hardin, Larue, Meade, McCreary, Pulaski and Taylor), and Pennsylvania (all counties including and to the west of Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, McKean and Somerset). Its sections are divided as follows:

Section 56     Western Ohio
Section 59     Eastern Ohio
Section 61     West Virginia except for Brooke, Hancock, Marshall and Ohio counties.
Section 64     Northwestern Pennsylvania
Section 65     Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, and Ohio counties in West Virginia and Beaver, Greene, and the part of Allegheny and Washington counties west of 79 degrees 59 minutes longitude in Pennsylvania
Section 66     Cambria, Fayette, Indiana, Somerset, Westmoreland, and the part of Allegheny and Washington counties east of 79 degrees 59 minutes longitude in Pennsylvania
Section 67     Eastern and Central Kentucky
