Hokage

A Hokage is the most elite of Ninja's in the Konaha Village.

In Iota Phi terms, Elyson Serrano used this label during his presidency because he is a ninja elite and saw Iota Phi as a his village. A village that is very precious to him and that he must protect at all cost.

He has a couple of assigned Anbu within the ranks fo Iota Phi, but he prefers not to disclose that information because Anbus are suppose to be hidden assassin elite ninjas. Only the anbus acknowledge Elyson Serrano as Hokage.

The Hokage and anbus go to secret missions and once the task is complete they ascend the ranks of the ninja. One Ninja has approached the Sannin level.
