Fall Fellowship (2011)

Fall Fellowship 2011 was hosted by Iota Phi at University of California, Davis on Saturday, October 29, 2011. The fellowship conference brought together over 500 brothers from Section 4 and beyond to participate in a full day of fellowship activities. The conference was Halloween themed and entitled, "Fall Hell-O-Ship 2011: Get Ready to Scream!" Iota Phi had not considered hosting the event until after the business meeting at Spring Sectionals 2011, so Section 4 Chair Kevin Lowe allowed them a grace period of a few weeks to decide whether or not to host. After Iota Phi officially volunteered, the chapters of Section 4 voted in favor of Iota Phi's hosting.

9:15am - 10:15am	Ice Breakers	Introduce yourself to your inter-chapter brothers.

12:00pm - 2:30pm	Lunch/Roll Call	Have lunch while watching each chapter perform roll call.
2:45pm - 4:45pm	Open Activities
5:00pm - 6:30pm	Zombie Invasion!
6:45pm - 7:00pm	Snack Time
7:00pm - 8:00pm	Costume Contest	Each chapter sends its costumed members to compete. Each chapter follows a theme.
8:00pm - 8:30pm	Closing Ceremony	Presentation of awards, announcements, and closing remarks.

Activities were split between both outdoor sports activities and low-intensity activities and crafts. The split was intended to accommodate a variety of potential interests.

Arts and Crafts	Tie-Dye	Bring your own shirts, socks, etc. to tie die! Tie dye materials are provided.
Other	Board Games	Come and play board games with IC bros! Settlers of Catan, Dominion, Race for the Galaxy, Apples to Apples, Taboo, Cranium, and more!

Notes and Credits

• Tiffany Robertson was brought in as a Head Chair on 9/13/11 to help in coordinating the final stages of Fall Fellowship, after she had carried out the majority of her planning duties as Fellowship Chair. Her official position from this point onward was as a Head Chair, but she continued to carry out her Fellowship Chair duties.
• Crystal Wang and Maggie Yue were instrumental in the creation of the Fall Fellowship brochure.
• Clara Chung designed the Fall Fellowship T-Shirt.
• Sally Comande and Clara Chung organized and executed the Fall Fellowship Roll Call.
• Sonia Oran and Annie Kan created and conducted the registration process, ensuring a smooth start to the event.
