Active Leadership Workshop or ALW is leadership development event planned and executed by Membership Vice Presidents with the help of MemberComm. ALW typically features workshops oriented around the cardinal principles: leadership, friendship, and service. Unlike the Chapter Leadership Workshop (CLW), ALW is structured specifically for the development of actives. As such, while no one can be excluded from the event, it is preferred that only actives attend so active-related issues can be discussed more openly among brothers.
