The Ad-hoc Committees are created by the President to fulfill the needs of the chapter during the term, with approval of the members. It is chaired by a person selected by the President who will serve until the end of the term or until the purpose of the committee has concluded, whichever comes first. Ad-hoc Committees are often formed for purposes such as planning regional or sectional conferences, executing emerging service projects, or preparing to earn national awards.
