Little Bro

Every active member of Iota Phi has the opportunity to get a lil bro, thereby becoming a big bro. A lil bro is like a student and a friend, someone who that active can help through the pledging process. Lil bros are paired to big bros based upon their interests, personalities, etc. Pairings are determined by the pledge parents and BB/LB chairs.
Even after the lil bro crosses and becomes an active member, the pair is still retained. When a lil bro gets a lil bro of their own, that adds to the big bro's family line.
Note: Because the term "Brother" is gender-neutral at Iota Phi, the same goes for "lil bro." A lil bro can be either a boy or a girl.
