- The pledge secretary currently reports to ALL excomm secretaries (Alumni Secretaries/ Recording Secretaries/ Corresponding Secretaries/ Press Secretaries) As well as being the equivalent of the active's Recording Secretaries in that they take roll and write the agendas at pledge meetings.
In Fall 2009, McKenzie Term, Pledge Secretaries began a pledge newsletter called Plexpressions, featuring answers to quiz questions and other information relevant to the pledge class.
The previous pledge secretaries have been:
- Luong Class - An Nguy and David Roy
- McKenzie Class - Lisa Quach and Carmen Chiu
- Jaromay Class - Kevin Vuong and Daniel Roy
- Krenek Class - Nancy Le and Lynn Vu
- Lipton Class: Tracy Chan and Lily Hung
- Jadel Class: Tina Ming Lo and Ying Li
- Mayen class: Emily Yuen, Kim Pham and Mabel Tong
- Westlake class: Stacey Fong and Melinda Ward
- Fong-Quan class: Carolyn Archibald
- Schroeder class: Carrie Gingras and Katelynn Luong
- Tran class: Haley Ko and Gaurav Goel
- West class: Alicia Lin and Katrina Salumbides
- Toy class: Victoria Nguyen and Winnie Tong
- Hancock class: Anne Yip and Sherleen Lowe
- Fu class: Nancy Phu and Nancy Wong
- Dacy class: Nghi Cao and Angela Sajuthi
