Individuals holding this chair position, appointed by the Pledge Parents, help the Pledge Parents with big bro/lil bro pairings. They are expected to know most of the actives, come to many events to get to know the pledges, and spend many long, grueling nights coming up with the most perfect sets of pairings possible. There are one to two BB/LB chairs per family, ensuring that each family is represented when the pairings are underway.
