Program Objectives
- Have Pledge Trainers be more involved w/ the pledge program so that we can keep an eye out for all the pledges.
- Be accessible and approachable to everyone.
- Create a better relationship w/ the pledges to enhance their pledge term.
- Talk to the "active" pledges to encourage their fellow "not-so-active" pledges to come around and complete their requirements early.
- Dinner with the dads promised as a reward for being the first 2 pledges to finish and turn in requirements!
- Show love, dedication and determination for the pledges, as well as the actives.
Dates
- Initiation: February 25, 2005
- Pledge retreat: April 1-3, 2005
- Activation: May 21, 2005
- Tran class banquet: June 4, 2005
