Program Changes

  • The required service hours were raised from 18 to 20.
  • The required fellowships were raised from 6 to 7.
  • The required CAW hours were raised from 10 to 12 hours.
  • The strikes policy introduced in McKenzie Term was changed to allow a maximum of 3 strikes from the original 4 strikes.
  • Service hour tracking was reverted to the positive requirement system introduced during Jaromay Term, where missing a service project adds to your total requirement rather than subtracting from the total number of hours you are tracked for.
  • Service project evaluations were done through Survey Monkey as opposed to filling out a sheet to make evaluations easier and to allow anyone to evaluate a project as opposed to only the chair.
  • Sunshine Chairs were removed
  • Active Leadership Workshop (ALW) was removed.
  • Sneak was replaced with a new activity due to UCD Student Housing's safety concerns with the nature of the activity.
