The Pledge Executive Committee, more commonly known as PlexComm, is a body of officers elected by pledges to conduct pledge class activities. As of 2011, PlexComm consists of the the Spokesperson, Pledge Service Coordinators, Pledge Fellowship Coordinators, Pledge Finance Coordinators, Pledge Secretaries, Pledge Historians, and Pledge Sergeants-At-Arms.

PlexComm is led by the Spokesperson, formerly known as the Spokesman. Equivalent to a Pledge Class President, the Spokesperson conducts PlexComm meetings and attempts to support the pledge class as a whole. In addition to executing the pledge class' will, the other PlexComm officers assist their active counterparts on ExComm. Pledge Service Coordinators usually help the pledge class with pledge group service projects. Traditionally, the Pledge Fellowship Coordinators, or Fellowsheep, lead pledges through completing the Sneak fellowship. Pledge Finance Coordinators raise money for class activities, t-shirts, or gifts. Pledge Historians have been known to be responsible for the pledge class scrapbook or end-of-term slideshow. Lastly, pledge sergeants-at-arms have regulated pledge meetings, or otherwise assisted active Sergeants-At-Arms in maintaining order at general meetings.

Another thing that isn't part of PlexComm but each pledge class votes on is their pledge mascot.
