This position was created in Wu Term S2K15 as a combination of both Alumni Secretaries and Press Secretaries. It was created as a solution to the issue that both the previous positions didn't have enough duties throughout the term to be considered an Excomm position.
Official Duties
In Practice
Outreach Secretaries are usually in charge of hosting Rush Week and also the Alumni BBQ. They are also in charge of creating fellowships, socials, and/or fundraisers with other organizations within our campus.
