This position was created in Wu Term S2K15 as a combination of both Alumni Secretary and Press secretary. It was created as solution to the issue that both the previous positions didn't have enough duties throughout the term to be considred an Excomm position.
Official Duties
In Practice
Outreach Secretaries are usually in charge of hosting rush week and also alumni bbq. They are also in charge of create fellowships, socials, or fundraisers with other organization within campus.
