Program Objectives

  • Have Pledge Trainers be more involved w/ the pledge program so that we can keep an eye out for all the pledges.
  • Be accessible and approachable to everyone.
  • Create a better relationship w/ the pledges to enhance their pledge term.
  • Talk to the "active" pledges to encourage their fellow "not-so-active" pledges to come around and complete their requirements early.
  • Dinner with the dads promised as a reward for being the first 2 pledges to finish and turn in requirements!
  • Show love, dedication and determination for the pledges, as well as the actives.
