A pledge class is a group of people that are pledges during the same term. Virtually every pledge program in Alpha Phi Omega involves some form of pledge class bonding to strengthen pledges' bonds with one another and promote Brotherhood. Some attempts include having a Pledge Retreat, having Pledge Service or Fellowship Projects, Pledge-planned Roll Calls, having steal-able pledge items that pledges have to work together to earn back if an active steals it, and more.
