Thuong Tang award is given to the pledge by their fellow pledge brothers, to an active who behaves in a way that, they exhibit several or all the traits of Thuong Tang.

Strong work ethic
Friendly to everyone
Represents APHIO and it's beliefs.
Manic Screaming
Communicates through yelling
No volume control
Gets into yelling matches

Only one is given per pledge term.
