Beth received the Region X Distinguished Service Key at this conference in honor of nearly 30 years of her commitment to Region X and the Fraternity. An Iota Phi alumnus well-known as the founder of Close Family and one of the original BASOOS recipients, Beth currently serves as the International Relations Director on the National Board. She has attended every National Convention since 1980 and multiple APO Philippines National Conventions in her tenure. One of her responsibilities includes going to meetings of the International Council of Alpha Phi Omega (ICAPO) at Nationals and representing the United States delegation. Seeing this meeting and meeting Beth are two among dozens of opportunities that members can look forward to at the 2010 National Convention in Atlanta, Georgia. |
