Tracking by Event

This is how officers track people for events.
Click the type of event you want to track. This takes you to a list of events of that type. 
Each event type can only be tracked by their respective officer. e.g. Fellowship tracks fellowships
You are taken to a list of every user on the website. Left checkbox marks a person present at an event. Right box marks them as chair
“Apply Chair’s Tracking” makes the official tracking match the tracking that the event’s chair submits. Use this and make changes as needed
Hit “Set Tracking” when you’re finished
