Program Objectives and more...:

• Have Pledge Trainers be more involved w/ the pledge program so that we can keep an eye out for all the pledges.

• Be accessible and approachable to everyone.

• Create a better relationship w/ the pledges to enhance their pledge term.

• Talk to the “active” pledges to encourage their fellow “not-so-active” pledges to come around and complete their requirements early.

• Dinner with the dads promised in lieu of being the first 2 to finish and turn in requirements!

• Show love, dedication and determination for the pledges, as well as the actives.

• Class Namesake was one of I Phi's own DSK winner and advisor --> Minh Tran

• A term that will go down in I Phi history as one of the best well kept pledge class :)
