The APO IMPACT program is a set of guides that provide a, "how to," for the usual duties of the most common chapter offices. If you don't see a booklet titled with your office, look through the ones that are there. The information you are seeking may still be covered. For example, the President's book covers how to run an effective meeting. Any officer that chairs a committee needs that skill. To complement this, APO IMPACT LIVE is a series of courses for conferences and live webinar sessions. These courses will reinforce the knowledge found in the IMPACT officer manuals.
