Neil Ghosh

Raging mad Bengali. Known to incite Anarchy amongst the citizenry. Prone to lapses in judgement due to some brain damage received during his tour of duty in the chapter. After being discharged with honors, he went on to do a second tour with a small group known only as Psi Chi Omega. Neil currently resides with Mike Knapp in the foogy Sunset District of san Francisco.
