·Adding music to the toast song at the end of the meeting (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqVOqwNW7Xg) <- still looking for something better. ·Pledge leadership Workshops (PLW) - pledges would give workshops on Iota Phi history, bylaws, and duties of excomm. After PLW, Pledges are required to write a one page paper on what they have learned. · At the Chapter leadership workshops (CLW), all pledges are required to attend a workshop on what to do after they cross -- be active!
