Introduction

The rules of battle are simple: the Iron Chefs, (Actives) usually versed and experts in various backgrounds like French, Chinese, Japanese, American or Italian cuisine – and their challengers (Pledges) meet in a well-stocked, well-equipped Kitchen Stadium, where they must create a Multi-course meal based on a themed ingredient. The winner of each cooking battle is hailed throughout the land; the loser is mocked. Added to this are all the elements of great theatre: flashy costumes, high-tension drama, and cabbages rising on elevator-like platforms. The chefs have one hour to cook. And a man with a flashy haircut, bizarre clothes stand up there and eats a raw bell pepper.

How it works

Iron Chef is just like the TV show. A team of 3 pledges and 3 actives square off annd must create a meal revolving around a theme ingrediant which unvailed the day of the event. Teams have 1 hour to create new inovative dishes which push the limits and expands the horizon on cooking wolrd wide. Created Fu Term as the highpoint of Actives vs Pledges week, by Aaron Lipton.
