Thuong Tang award is given to the pledge by their fellow pledge brothers, to an active who behaves in a way that, they exhibit several or all the traits of Thuong Tang.

- Strong work ethic
- Friendly to everyone
- Represents APHIO and it's beliefs.
- Manic Screaming
- Communicates through yelling
- No volume control
- Gets into yelling matches
Only one is given per pledge term.
