The pledge secretary is the equivalent of the active's Recording Secretaries. They take roll and write the agendas at pledge meetings.
The previous pledge secretaries have been:

- Tran class: Haley Ko and Gaurav Goel
- West class: Alicia Lin and Katrina Salumbides
