- The pledge secretary currently reports to ALL excomm secretaries (Alumni Secretaries/ Recording Secretaries/ Corresponding Secretaries/ Press Secretaries) As well as being the equivalent of the active's Recording Secretaries in that they take roll and write the agendas at pledge meetings.
In Fall 2009, McKenzie Term, Pledge Secretaries began a pledge newsletter called Plexpressions, featuring answers to quiz questions and other information relevant to the pledge class.
