Adrian Uytingco was originally from San Jose, where he attended Piedmont Hills High School. It was in high school that he met Johnny Cheng, Hoai Nguyen, and Michael Ojeda, and once they were all reunited after Michael transferred to UC Davis, they all decided to pledge Alpha Phi Omega together during their third year of college, along with Johnny and Hoai's then-roommate, Danh Bui.
Tragically, on May 3, 2003, Adrian was killed in a car accident in the early morning. He was 20 years old. He is survived by his parents and younger brother Cedric.
The Brothers of Iota Phi will always honor the memory of Adrian, and he will always remain, in our hearts, a Brother.
