*It was his vision that brought about [[Dance for Kids]] as an annual event.  But the very first [[Dance for Kids]] couldn't have been started and accomplished without the help of the F2K3 Service VPs ([[Christopher Takemori]] and [[Michelle Jaromay]]) and the [[Youth Service Grant]] they applied for.
 
*Installed the 4 C's (Country, Community, Campus & Chapter) into the service program to broaden the type of service the chapter was providing.
 
*Numerous [[Sturdy Oak]] awards
 
*Recieved the [[Legendary BASOOS]] from Drew Mayen for his on-going contributions the Iota Phi Chapter and it's service program.
 
*Took a pledge group project envisioned by [[Genie Le]] & refined it into a monthly service project co-sponsored by the city of Davis entitled [[Parents' Nite Out]].
 
<b>Random Facts</b>
*Dragged the Stone of Triumph to Avalon.
 
*Originally, the motion to install the 4 C's was not approved by the chapter led to a 4 hour long discussion resulting in the motion failing.  Clayton stayed persistant and continued to fight for what he believed was a good idea until the motion to install the 4 C's passed.
