To begin creating an event, go to the Calendar and click a date.
You will come to the Edit Event page Here, write in the event details as listed Additional Info creates boxes for users to fill in extra information as shown on the next slide
After hitting create, it looks like the box above on the calendar
When you click the event, you will see all the event information as entered. Click add shift so people can sign up.
You will come to this page where you can set up your shift details Capacity is the number of people who can go
