- Adding the duty of auditing the financial report to the duty of Risk Management committee
-In discussion with ashish, he brought up the idea of the new finance Vice-presidents auditing the previous term’s records.

- Pledge leadership Workshops (PLW) - pledges would give workshops on Iota Phi history, bylaws, and duties of excomm. After PLW, Pledges are required to write a one page paper on what they have learned.
