The mug is a traditional item guarded by the SAAs. It looks like a large beer stein with the Greek letters "Alpha Phi Omega" engraved on it. If the mug should ever be taken from the unsuspecting SAAs, then the SAAs must do whatever is asked of them to get it back. This is similar to the gavel for the President.
